Through ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), I was able to manage my symptoms, live more aligned with my values, and do what I needed to as a parent. I'm here to support you without judgment. I value humor and try to bring it to sessions. I'm a human that just specializes in therapy; you're the expert on your life. I'll create a safe space for you and move at your pace. My other main focuses are PTSD and substance abuse.
