My approach to treating OCD is evidence-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I pay close attention to the unique experiences my members bring into the room, striving to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where members feel understood, supported, and equipped—not just to manage OCD, but to thrive beyond it. Even though your thoughts are scary and distressing, they can be managed. We will work together to stop the behaviors that continue OCD's cycle. I'll be your guide on the side, every step of the way. My focus areas include anxiety, life transitions, stress, and marital issues.
